Since our inception, ASBO International has been a member-run, member-driven association governed by a board of directors. Our board of directors is composed of 10 elected member volunteers who work tirelessly to lead our members, promote our mission, and uphold our professional standards.

Each annual budget is built on ASBO International’s strategic plan and the systematic implementation of that plan to make investments that will improve member services and strengthen the association.
ASBO International is committed to fiscal transparency through full disclosure of its audited financial statements, which include auditors’ reports, statements of financial position, statements of activities, cash flows, notes, and more.
The bylaws guide how ASBO International is governed. Only amended by vote of the membership, the bylaws establish organizational structure, policies, and voting regulations.
The ASBO International Board Policy Manual and Committee Policies and Procedures are the organizational systems essential to maintaining and distributing published policy statements and administrative duties, rules, and regulations.
